Dear Coyote Band members and parents,
Good afternoon! This Saturday is our first regular season Saturday game in history. It’s going to be fun! The itinerary is on page 2 of this newsletter.
o Thank you to those that came to the meeting regarding the trip to Disney World. I basically conveyed the following options as we move forward, but no final decision was made, nor will it be made until we have final quotes on plane ticket prices:
o Option 1 – Take a bus instead of a plane, and the trip doesn’t really change much. The dates would stay the same, we would just replace 2 days of travel on a plane with 2 days of travel on a bus.
o Option 2 – Take a plane and do not do Universal Studios, shortening the trip by 1 day. Dates would be March 5 – 9.
o Option 3 – Do the trip as proposed right now regardless of plane ticket prices and pay the possible $400 plus that it may cost above the price I quoted you at the beginning.
Please be mindful of the band fees that are needing to be paid. We’re fine with payment plans however we need to set them up, but please keep it on your radar.
Anybody without a physical is going to have to attend rehearsal, but sit out until the physical is done.
